Frequently asked questions
What is Scycare?
Scycare is a modular digital healthcare platform for Ghanaian institutions. Facilities register, activate the operational modules they need, and grow from one workflow into connected healthcare operations.
Which facilities is Scycare for?
Scycare is built for healthcare institutions: clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals and health networks, and the administrators, claims officers, lab managers and clinicians who run them. It is not a patient-facing product.
Which modules are available today?
Claims is available in Early Access. ClinicOS, LIS and Pharmacy are in active development (Coming Soon), Billing and Reports are Planned, and HospitalOS, Connect and Health Exchange are enterprise-focused and planned or in development.
Does Scycare work offline?
Scycare is designed to be offline-aware so facilities can keep working during connectivity gaps, with records syncing once a connection is available.
How does pricing work?
The Base Workspace is free. Operational modules are priced per selected module and billed annually, and AI Copilot Packs are optional prepaid credits. See the pricing page for details.
How is our facility's data handled?
Scycare is built around a Ghana Data Protection Act-aligned approach with facility-level control, role-based access and structured, audit-friendly workflows. See the security page for more.
How do we get started?
Register your facility and our team will help set up your workspace and activate the modules that matter most to you.
