What if I only want Pharmacy?
Yes. You can start with only the Pharmacy module. The Base Workspace is free, Pharmacy is priced as one operational module, and AI Copilot Packs are optional.
Modular activation. Operational modules are activated per selected module and billed annually. Facilities pay only for the modules they turn on and can add more over time. Module availability follows each product's real status. Claims is in Early Access, while ClinicOS, LIS, Pharmacy and others are Coming Soon or Planned. See the products overview for current statuses.
AI Copilot Packs. AI Copilot tools are AI-assisted and designed for human review. They support documentation, help teams identify possible errors, and help teams work faster. They do not make diagnoses, replace clinical, pharmacy, claims or administrative judgement, or guarantee claim reimbursement.
Security. Scycare is built around a Ghana DPC-aligned security and encryption architecture and is designed with responsible data handling for healthcare institutions in mind.
Need enterprise rollout, migration, or integration support?
For larger hospitals, health networks, public-sector partners, insurers, and institutions with custom rollout, migration, integration, training, or multi-facility requirements, Scycare provides enterprise pricing separately.

Questions about Scycare pricing
Is the Base Workspace really free?
Yes. The Base Workspace is always free and includes unlimited staff accounts, role-based access control, workspace and department setup, and basic manual data entry logs. You only pay when you activate operational modules or add AI Copilot credits.
What does "per module / billed annually" mean?
Operational modules are priced per selected module and billed annually. Your facility pays for the specific modules it turns on, for example one module at 3,600 GHS per year, rather than a single all-in fee.
Can a facility start with one module only?
Yes. Scycare is modular by design. A facility can start with the free Base Workspace and activate a single operational module, then add more modules when it is ready.
Are AI Copilot Packs required?
No. AI Copilot Packs are optional, prepaid credits for selected AI-assisted workflows. Your facility can use Scycare without them.
Do AI credits expire?
No. Purchased AI Copilot credits have zero expiration date.
Can we pay with Mobile Money?
Yes. You can top up AI Copilot credits instantly via Mobile Money (MoMo) and cards.
Is enterprise pricing different?
Yes. Larger hospitals, health networks, public-sector partners, insurers, and institutions with custom rollout, migration, integration, training, or multi-facility needs are priced separately. Contact us for an enterprise quote.
Are all modules available today?
Not yet. Claims is available in Early Access. ClinicOS, LIS and Pharmacy are in active development (Coming Soon), Billing and Reports are Planned, and HospitalOS, Connect and Health Exchange are enterprise-focused and planned or in development. The pricing here reflects the modular model; each module becomes available according to its real product status.
