Fragmented patient records
Notes and history spread across paper files are slow to find and easy to lose.
For Clinics
Coming SoonClinicOS is designed for outpatient clinics that want to move appointments, patient records, consultations and referrals off paper and into one structured workflow. It is currently in active development.
The problem
Outpatient teams juggle registers, files and disconnected tools, which slows down daily work and makes it harder to keep track of patients.
Notes and history spread across paper files are slow to find and easy to lose.
Booking, rescheduling and follow-ups are hard to manage without a shared view.
Handoffs to labs, pharmacy and billing rely on manual steps that create delays.
